Registration fees include: Admittance to the Conference, Conference Bag, Conference E-Proceedings, Coffee Breaks, Welcome Reception, two Lavish Luncheons and the Gala Dinner with Traditional Cretan Dishes.

*Please note: To submit a full paper (oral or poster) an early registration fee must be paid first. In case a second paper by the same presenting author is submitted, an extra fee of 50€ is applicable. The deadline of May 31, 2016 applies to only those attendees who do not submit a paper to the Conference.

**The Registration Fee for Accompanying Persons includes the Welcome Reception, the two Lavish Luncheons and the Gala Dinner, but not  the Conference Bag, the E-Proceedings and Admission to the Academic Sessions.

Cancellation Policy


In case of registration cancellation the EWaS2 Secretariat must be notified by email. 

Cancellations will be subject to the following conditions:

  •  Registrations cancelled more than 60 days before the event will be refunded 80% of the registration fees.
  •  Registrations cancelled less than 60 but more than 30 days before the event will be refunded 50% of the registration fees.
  •  Registrations cancelled less than 30 days before the event will not be eligible for a refund.
